Ooh!!!! Dance is so amazing!!!! What would I do without it????? We had our first competition of the season this past weekend at Thanksgiving Point! It was so awesome! It was my teams first time EVER competing in the Championship level of clogging! Things were happening and we felt that nobody had faith that my team could manage this high level. Well guess what?! We proved those people wrong! We got up on that stage and we rocked it! We earned what is called a "High Gold First Place"! The judges judge your team like a grade. Everybody gets a 1st, 2nd, or a 3rd place depending on your points range. Now High Gold means that we got 90% or more of the total possible points!!!!!! It was so exciting!!! I was beaming the rest of the competition!
Something else happened that nobody (not even my team) thought would ever happen. We got a trophy for our studio for having one of the best dances in our division!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After last weekend I don't think anybody can say that my team is not ready for championship! Ever! i am so excited and happy!!! :D I can't wait for dance tonight when we find out what our points total was!
